Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TrustyHands Danville Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

TrustyHands Danville Tree Service offers tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, and related tree care services. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and site accessibility.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the job. We will inform you of any significant changes before proceeding with work that differs from the original estimate.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Safety

You grant us access to your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for clearly marking any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden features that could be damaged during our work.

We take every precaution to protect your property, but you acknowledge that tree work carries inherent risks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to lawns, landscaping, or structures that may become apparent during or after tree removal.

Emergency Services

Our 24/7 emergency tree removal service is available for urgent situations such as storm damage, fallen trees, or hazardous conditions. Emergency service rates may be higher than standard rates due to the immediate response required.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or equipment issues.

Liability and Insurance

TrustyHands Danville Tree Service carries appropriate liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to hidden defects in trees, underground utilities not properly marked, or acts of nature.

Warranties and Guarantees

We guarantee that all work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard practices. However, we cannot guarantee the health or survival of trees after pruning or other services, as many factors affecting tree health are beyond our control.

Debris and Cleanup

Unless otherwise specified in your service agreement, we will remove all tree debris from your property. Stump grinding services include grinding the stump below ground level, but wood chips will remain on site unless removal is specifically requested and agreed upon.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
